Here is most of my training from the winter of 2011-2012 until now. These spreadsheets have been designed for my use only so they are a bit rough around the edges. When planning for upcoming workouts of hard days, I like to use 1.5 week blocks rather than the typical single week format. When gearing up for a big race, squeezing in a long run, speed workout, and tempo workout into a 7-day period is hard for me to handle. The template gets tweaked a bit every year.
